Dalton Selected All Conference

Matt Dalton, a senior pitcher at Reinhardt University in Waleska, was recently named to the NAIA Appalachian Athletic Conference All Conference Team.

Dalton is a graduate of South Forsyth High School (2005).  

He led the conference with an earned run average of 1.85 this season and finished fifth in that category in the nation.  

Dalton compiled a 7-3 win-loss record and averaged 9.25 strikeouts per nine innings.  

He threw six complete games this season — including two shutouts — and held opposing hitters to a .210 batting average.
